These Terms of Use apply to the free content, guides, checklists, worksheets, email resources and other informational services made available through Crovantus.

Paid digital products are sold through Digistore24. Additional terms applicable to a paid purchase, including payment and cancellation information, are provided during the relevant Digistore24 checkout.

2. Informational Purpose

Crovantus provides practical information, worksheets and tools relating to home organization, decluttering, routines and household organization. The content is intended for general informational and educational purposes.

Results depend on individual circumstances, available time, household conditions and how the materials are used. We do not guarantee a particular organizational, financial or other outcome.

3. Responsible Use

You are responsible for deciding whether a recommendation, checklist or organizational method is suitable for your household and circumstances. Exercise appropriate care when moving objects, handling household products, accessing storage areas or carrying out activities that may involve physical or property risks.

4. Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated, Crovantus digital materials are intended for the purchaser's personal use. Purchasing or receiving a digital product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the material.

5. Permitted Use

You may download, save and print Crovantus materials for your own personal household use where the relevant product permits downloading or printing.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, upload, share publicly, commercially exploit or present the materials as your own product without prior written permission.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Website functionality, free resources, product content and services may be corrected, updated, improved or discontinued where reasonably necessary.

7. Third-Party Services

Parts of the Crovantus service rely on third-party providers, including services used for hosting, email delivery and payment processing. Availability of those services may be subject to the respective provider's systems and terms.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crovantus and the provider are not liable for losses resulting solely from inappropriate use of the materials, failure to follow reasonable safety precautions, or decisions made contrary to the user's own knowledge of their household and circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

Crovantus texts, worksheets, checklists, templates, graphics, product structures and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
